How quickly will Andy respond?
I personally read every message and usually reply within one business day, often the same day. You'll hear back from me, not a call center.
Do I need my financial documents ready before I reach out?
No. The first conversation is just that, a conversation about your goals. You don't need pay stubs, tax returns, or anything prepared. I'll tell you what may be needed if and when you decide to move forward.
Will contacting me affect your credit score?
No. Reaching out for a conversation involves no credit pull. A credit review only happens later, with your permission, if you choose to move ahead with an application.
Can Andy help if you're just exploring and not ready to buy or refinance?
Absolutely. A lot of people reach out months before they're ready. I'm happy to answer questions, explain your options, and help you build a plan, with no pressure and no timeline to act on.
What areas does Andy serve?
I'm licensed statewide in California. My home base is Contra Costa County and the East Bay (Danville, Lafayette, Concord, Walnut Creek, Antioch), with a lot of clients in Sacramento, and I help buyers across the state, including first responders wherever they serve.
